Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required


Clothing Returns

Clothing items may be returned if:

  • They are unworn and unwashed
  • Tags are still attached
  • They are free from stains, odors, or damage

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or opened wellness products may not be eligible for return.


Book Returns

Books may be returned if:

  • They are unused and in resellable condition
  • No pages are torn, written on, or damaged

Digital products or downloadable books are non-refundable.


Medication & Wellness Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medicines, supplements, ingestible wellness products, or opened health items, unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
